Our Story

Urban Snouts started with a simple mission: to provide high-quality products for pets and make pet parenting a more enjoyable experience.

The true spark for this journey was my dog, Bruno. As a passionate dog owner, I realized that finding premium gear that could keep up with Bruno’s energy—without sacrificing quality or affordability—was much harder than it should be. I wanted the best for him, and I knew other pet parents felt the same way.

That’s when my brother, Shreyas Shah, and I decided to bridge that gap. Together as co-founders, we launched Urban Snouts in 2025 to turn a personal quest for the perfect pet accessories into a trusted destination for pet lovers across the country.

Proudly Canadian owned and operated, all of our products are dispatched directly from Canada. This ensures faster delivery for our customers and allows us to support the local business community we call home.

Today, Shreyas and I continue to be guided by our love for animals and a commitment to exceptional service. Every product in our catalog is carefully selected to ensure it meets our high standards for quality, safety, and value. Because if it’s not good enough for Bruno, it’s not good enough for our shop.
